UX: Concert Ticketing Web Application

Online ticketing platforms, from Ticketmaster to Stubhub, have evolved over decades, but there's always space to enhance. In this UX Design journey, I navigated from empathizing to ideating, transitioning from user research to prototyping.

Through a deep dive into user experiences and needs, two standout features surfaced: a mobile app with shareable Wishlist caters to users like Lori, and a website with location services for users like Jimmy.

The shareable Wishlist can streamline decisions for groups attending events or concerts, making selections simpler and more communal, so Lori can swiftly finalize concert choices amidst her packed schedule, without endless back-and-forth.

The location services makes it easy for users to explore and find concerts near them, and this may assist folks like Jimmy in finding affordable local gigs to go to.
