Music Album Marketing Campaign

I founded Prophet Records, an independent label in Taiwan. As a music enthusiast, I aimed to introduce fresh and inspiring music from around the world to Taiwan. As an entrepreneur, I envisioned an integration of the music industry with technology. Our inaugural release was the alternative hip-hop group Dälek's album, "Absence." Released in 2005, the album showcased a brooding sound and lyrics that echoed the group's critique of contemporary issues. Our marketing campaign was immensely successful. While Dälek's musical style was relatively unknown in the Taiwanese market, our comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies led to recognition from major music outlets and retailers – a remarkable feat for an independent label of our stature.
